The Sales module is the starting point for managing quotes, tracking deal progress, and converting confirmed opportunities into service or billing workflows.

The Sales Dashboard
The Sales dashboard gives an at-a-glance summary of pipeline activity. It shows deal counts by stage, total pipeline value, and recent activity across all open deals. Use this screen to identify where work is concentrated, spot stalled deals, and review what changed since your last session.
Key Entities
The Sales module works with three core entities. A Quote is a priced proposal sent to a customer account — it is the primary document produced by the Sales module and the starting point for most sales workflows. An Opportunity in the Sales context refers to a deal being tracked through the pipeline; this is distinct from a CRM Opportunity, which tracks the broader relationship activity in the CRM module. A Deal Stage defines where an opportunity sits in the pipeline — from initial contact through to won, lost, or archived.
Navigating to Other Sales Screens
From the Sales module you can access Quotes, Pipeline, and any deal records directly. Use Sales → Quotes to view and manage all quote documents. Use Sales → Pipeline to see a stage-based view of all active deals. Individual deal records are accessible by clicking into any deal card from the Pipeline view.
