When stock has been ordered from a supplier on a Purchase Order, you can raise a service job for a driver to collect it. There is no direct “create job from PO” action, so the job is raised manually and linked back to the PO for reference.
Raising the Collection Job
Create a Service job for the collection in the usual way. To tie it back to the originating Purchase Order, include the PO link in the job description, and enter the PO Number in the job’s Customer Reference field. This gives the driver and the back office a clear reference to the goods being collected and the PO they relate to.
